Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty Policy:
SpinaliS chairs are made in Europe and the chair-frame is made out of high-quality German steel which is why you can be sure that SpinaliS is one of the most reliable chairs, and will serve you for many years. The expected lifespan is 20 years. There are over a hundred thousand satisfied customers worldwide. SpinaliS warrants 2 year-long warranty for all their products which is the standard European warranty period.
In case of any claim, please contact our Customer Service via email. For all warranty and after warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for delivering the chair to our store in Vancouver, BC, where all repairs are happening and picking it up after the repair has been made. Return Policy:
If your SpinaliS was delivered by FedEx, UPS, or other couriers in the box, and you found out, that the chair was damaged by delivery, please report this to our Customer Service via email immediately, at the latest within 24 hours from the delivery. It is a customer´s responsibility to fully inspect the product within this time frame. Claims accepted after 24 hours of delivery will be subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty rules.
In case of a small issue that has no influence on the normal usage or functionality of the product, these are eligible for repairs but not eligible for product returns.
SpinaliS Chairs that have been ordered per the customer's request are ineligible for returns.
Please make sure you order the right product and color when placing your order. A potential exchange of the product is only possible based on a mutual agreement with SpinaliS - with the standard materials and colors, within the first few weeks and when the product is in a like-new condition.
All SpinaliS chair's returns must be based on prior written approval. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging, including the original invoice. Scratched or damaged chairs are ineligible for returns. The customer is responsible for delivering the chair back to our store/warehouse in Vancouver, BC, incl. all shipping costs - there and back. If the customer originally received the chair from SpinaliS Canada with the Free Shipping Promo or with Discounted Shipping Rate, in case of a return, the customer will be refunded the amount for the chair after deduction of full shipping costs covered by SpinaliS Canada.
A restocking fee is 10% of the original price.
Please note if you decide to cancel your order prior receiving the product, you will be refunded the original amount - minus 3% credit card charge, that the payment processing company takes from your payment.
